About Tudor Hall School
Tudor Hall School is a boarding school for girls set in the rural surroundings of Wykham Park, near Banbury. Founded in Salisbury in 1850 as an Anglican boarding school, the school later moved to its current site in 1946 and is today a registered charity overseen by a board of governors. Boarding is available from age 11, with pupils housed in seven houses organised by age. The school is rooted in a Christian ethos and welcomes pupils of all faiths or none. Its guiding motto, Habeo ut deum — I have that I may give — reflects its aim to nurture each pupil as a whole person, supporting their intellectual, physical, creative, emotional and spiritual development, whilst preparing them for life beyond school and encouraging them to contribute to the wider community. Most pupils come from professional backgrounds across the UK, alongside a diverse group of international students. The school identifies a number of pupils as having special educational needs or disabilities, with additional support available for those who need it, and extra help with English is offered to eligible pupils who speak English as an additional language.
