By accessing or using HeyKitsu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HeyKitsu is an educational platform designed to help children aged 7-11 prepare for the 11+ examination. The Service includes personalised learning content, progress tracking, and adaptive assessment tools.

3. User Accounts

Parent/Guardian Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

Child Profiles

  • Child profiles must be created and managed by a parent or guardian
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Service

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HeyKitsu, including questions, illustrations, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyKitsu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
