About Highfield and Brookham School

Highfield School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school situated near Liphook in Hampshire. Founded in 1892 as a boys' boarding school, the school has occupied its present site since 1907 and is closely linked to Brookham, its separate pre-preparatory school, both of which are owned by the same company. The school aims to provide a day and boarding education underpinned by a strong Christian ethos, where every child is treated equally, respected, happy, fulfilled and secure. It encourages all pupils to become independent learners who are well prepared for life beyond school. The school's community is a welcoming mix of day pupils and boarders, with day pupils largely drawn from professional and business families in the local area and boarders coming from the local area, the wider UK and a number of overseas countries. The school supports pupils of all abilities and needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, those for whom English is an additional language, and those identified as the most able, with the curriculum adapted accordingly.
