About Cricklade Manor Prep
Prior Park Preparatory School is a co-educational day school welcoming pupils from the age of 3 through to 13. Founded in 1946, the school is part of the Prior Park Educational Trust, which also oversees a small family of other schools. The school is organised into two sections: a pre-prep department for children up to the age of seven, and a prep department for pupils aged eight to thirteen. The school aims to provide a happy and nurturing environment rooted in Christian values of tolerance, kindness and respect. It seeks to build strong links with parents and the local community, and to support every child in discovering and developing their individual talents, so that they leave well prepared and confident for the next stage of their education. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, and those for whom English is an additional language. Extension activities are also available for the most able pupils, and particular talents in areas such as sport, music, art and drama are recognised and encouraged.
