About The King's School
The King's School is an independent co-educational day school located in Fair Oak, Hampshire. Founded in 1982 and settled in its current home since 1994, the school is owned by the Hampshire Christian Education Trust and supported by an advisory board of trustees and governors. It welcomes pupils from Reception all the way through to Year 11, with a primary section covering Reception to Year 6 and a senior section covering Years 7 to 11. The school has a clear Christian ethos and aims to help pupils develop a strong relationship with God alongside the knowledge, skills, and qualities they need to thrive at school and in later life. Its vision centres on Wisdom, Stature, and Favour, brought to life through seven values: commitment, confidence, craftsmanship, creativity, collaboration, communication, and curiosity. Most pupils come from Christian families living within ten miles of the school. The school is attentive to the needs of all its learners, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, and makes appropriate provision for pupils who have been identified as gifted or talented. A multi-use games area has also been added to the site, further supporting pupils' sporting opportunities.
