About Marymount International School London
Marymount International is an independent Catholic boarding and day school for girls of all denominations, situated in a residential area of Kingston, 12 miles from central London. The school is part of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary (RSHM) Global Network of Schools and is governed by a board of governors comprising both RSHM and lay members. Boarders are accommodated in three recently refurbished halls. The school follows the International Baccalaureate curriculum from Years 7 to 13 and aims to nurture pupils who are intellectually curious, compassionate, and thoughtful — young women who can think creatively, reason critically, and communicate effectively in a diverse and welcoming community. The school's pupils represent around 36 different nationalities, and many have experience of living abroad and speak more than one language. Pupils with special educational needs and disabilities receive access to specialist support, and those identified as particularly able or talented are catered for through the curriculum, extra-curricular activities, and enrichment programmes.
