About Halliford School
Halliford School is an independent day school in Shepperton, Middlesex, founded in 1921 and moved to its present site in 1929. The school offers a senior school for male pupils alongside a co-educational sixth form, and is run as a limited company overseen by a board of governors who also serve as trustees of the charity. The school aims to provide a warm-hearted community with strong family values, offering high-quality teaching and learning, outstanding pastoral care, and a broad range of sporting, cultural, and co-curricular opportunities. New music technology facilities, science laboratories, and a learning resource centre have all been added to the school in recent years. Pupils come from professional and business family backgrounds, mostly living within 20 miles of the school. The school supports pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other emotional needs, providing classroom support or additional specialist help as appropriate. The curriculum is also modified for more able pupils and for those with special talents in sport, music, art, and drama.
