About Fidelis College
The Laurels School is an independent day school for girls in south-east London, founded in 2013 and overseen by the board of directors and trustees of the PACT Educational Trust Limited. The school shares a site and some facilities with its sister school, the Cedars. Having moved twice to accommodate a growing number of pupils, the school continues to develop its provision for its community. At the heart of the school is a commitment to developing the whole child, working closely with parents through a character programme rooted in Catholic principles. The school aims to help each girl reach her potential by nurturing virtues within an environment that balances freedom with responsibility. Pupils come from a wide range of backgrounds within a 10-mile radius of the school. The school supports pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities, as well as those for whom English is an additional language, ensuring that appropriate specialist support is in place. The curriculum is also adapted for the most able pupils, reflecting the school's dedication to meeting the needs of every individual girl.
