About Stephen Perse Cambridge Senior School
The Stephen Perse Foundation is a group of seven independent co-educational day schools with sites across Cambridge, Madingley and Saffron Walden. The Foundation caters for young people from birth to twenty-one years of age, with nursery provision for children under three. Boarding accommodation is also available, primarily for sixth form pupils, in two boarding houses located close to the sixth form college. The Foundation is owned and administered by a charitable trust and board of governors, and warmly welcomes pupils of all faiths or none. Pupils come from professional and business families living in and around Cambridge and Saffron Walden, as well as boarders from the UK and overseas. The Foundation supports pupils with a wide range of needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those for whom English is an additional language, with specialist help available where required. The Foundation works as one school across its sites, with a shared philosophy centred on helping every young person reach their individual potential. Pupils are encouraged to think analytically, creatively and independently, with the aim of nurturing confident, thoughtful individuals who are ready to engage with a changing world and a sense of academic, personal, social and environmental responsibility.
