About St Faith's

St Faith's is a co-educational day school founded in 1884, set on a site it has occupied since 1891. Over the years, its buildings have been modernised and expanded to meet the needs of a growing community. The school is organised into four sections — early years, pre-prep, junior and senior — and operates as part of The Leys and St Faith's Foundation, a joint foundation established in 1938, though St Faith's itself runs fully autonomously. The school aims to offer a broad, inclusive education through a diverse and stimulating curriculum within a cherishing Christian environment, welcoming children from all religious and cultural backgrounds. It seeks to nurture academic success, individual achievement, social awareness, and personal happiness alongside spiritual development. Pupils come from a range of professional and family backgrounds, mostly living within a 20-mile radius of the school. The school supports children with a variety of needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities, those for whom English is an additional language, and those identified as very able, adapting the curriculum where needed to ensure every child can thrive.
