About Coopersale Hall School

Coopersale Hall School is a co-educational independent school welcoming children from two-and-a-half to eleven years of age. Founded in 1989, the school occupies a charming eighteenth-century house set within seven acres of grounds beside Epping Forest, offering children a wonderful setting in which to learn and grow. The school is part of the Oak-Tree Group, whose proprietors are members of the same family, and it enjoys regular collaboration with the other schools in the group through shared events and inter-school activities. In recent years, the school has added new classrooms, extended its playground, and refurbished many of its spaces, including dedicated accommodation and an all-weather canopy for its youngest children. Coopersale Hall aims to provide an education rooted in traditional values whilst embracing the best of modern teaching and learning. Pupils come from a variety of backgrounds reflecting the local area, and the school takes care to support every child, whether they have special educational needs, are learning English as an additional language, or show a particular talent in areas such as sport or music.
